The Environment

The environmental progress is determining the future state of our oceans. Today, many environmental problems stand in the way of healthy and thriving oceans. Amongst them are algal blooms, hypoxia, and change in biodiversity and the behavior of organisms. All of these are correlated to rising water temperatures, thus showing the importance of filling these data gaps and working towards a solution to these issues. These environmental issues carry great risks for small boat marinas through shorter seasons, safety issues regarding toxicity in the water, loss of income and difficulty of expanding to meet the demand.
